Thrive Financial & Business Consultancy was set up by Tom Heelan, a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in commercial lending, property finance and commercial real estate debt restructuring. Tom has worked with Irish businesses whose turnovers range between €1m – €50m. Tom has successfully completed projects to obtain and restructure commercial funding at levels in excess of €5m.

Prior to setting up Thrive Financial & Business Consultancy Tom worked with large corporates such as Microsoft, Accenture, Sodexo and the Mater Private and has advised multiple SME’s in sectors including Construction, Property Development, Services, Healthcare and more.

Tom has a passion for helping SME owners and entrepreneurs and understands that the biggest constraint for business owners is time and the capacity to explore all financing and IT systems to drive their business forward. Tom understands that driving performance improvement in key business processes is attained by using financial metrics and can help all SME to achieve their goals.

Whether that is obtaining finance, introducing KPI’s or increasing working capital, Tom can build a roadmap to achieve this.
