Thrive Financial & Business Consultancy was founded by Tom Heelan, a Chartered Accountant with experience in commercial finance, property finance and debt restructuring.

Tom has worked with businesses with varying annual revenues and has executed initiatives to acquire and restructure commercial funding at amounts exceeding £5m effectively.

Prior to founding Thrive Financial & Business Consultancy, Tom worked for major corporations such as Microsoft, Accenture, Sodexo, and Mater Private. During his career, he has advised SMEs in a variety of industries, such as construction, real estate development, services, healthcare, among others.

Tom is passionate about assisting small business owners and entrepreneurs and recognizes that time is the greatest obstacle for small business owners, as well as the inability to research all available funding sources and IT systems in order to advance their business. Tom is aware that employing financial indicators to drive performance improvement in crucial business operations can assist all SMEs in achieving their objectives.
